Burk Light Truck and Auto

This is the first review I’ve ever posted. I am absolutely stunned and impressed by this auto shop. It is incredibly difficult to find a mechanic that you trust. The mechanic we had previously gone to was booked, but we were getting ready to leave town. I literally called every place in Wichita Falls with reasonable ratings and everyone was booked. I brought my truck here. They drove and diagnosed it even though they knew they wouldn’t be able to do the repair. We actually ended up changing our travel plans specifically so they could work on our truck. They did an amazing job. It was done when they said it would be done. It runs great. If we weren’t moving, I would recommend them to everyone. It’s worth the drive from Wichita Falls to find a mechanic you can trust.

Very friendly. From the sound of my car pulling in they agreed the transmission would need replacement and didn't insist on running scans (charging me) "just to be sure." I very much appreciated the honesty. Car is a goner.😥 It got me across the country multiple times.

They replaced the entire cooling system in my jeep patriot. This was my first time there and they treated me like i was one of their regular customers. He got the jeep in fairly quick. I received regular calls with updates. I expected it to be a few weeks but they got it done quicker than i expected. I will be going back for all my vehicle repairs from now on. Great job guys, thank you so much!
