I cannot say enough good things about this Chevy dealership! After dealing with a frustrating experience at another Chevy dealership in a different town, I brought my vehicle here hoping they could help. Not only did they take the time to carefully diagnose and actually fix the issue that the other place messed up, but they also went above and beyond by not charging me for the correction. That level of honesty and customer care is rare these days, and it meant so much. From the moment I walked in, the customer service was outstanding. Lipscomb Chevrolet always takes care of my vehicle in an efficient manner. I highly recommend this service department and they are the best service department I have ever dealt with. They always go above and beyond to make sure I’m satisfied. The service department is why I continue to drive a Chevy because I know I will be taken care of if need be.

I had several items serviced on my vehicle and they did fantastic with all of them. The cost was significantly less than anticipated also! Great service!

Bought a 2024 2500, and within a week and before I have even made my first payment, I had to pay to fix the brakes (a safety issue), which is still not fix correctly, looking for another shop to take it, yes the used car side split the cost but I still had to pay to fix something that should have been fixed before the vehicle was EVER placed on the lot to sell. The Used car assist manager and my sales agent knew of the issue and willingly sold the vehicle. Second time this business has sold defective vehicles. First was a truck that was wrecked according to the Carfax and was not notified at time of purchase and now this truck. Fool me once, same in you fool me twice, same on me. It will never happen again. Buyers beware!!

Want your time wasted? This is the best place to go. I was approved for a vehicle, tried it and liked it. Signed for it that evening with knowledge of not getting it until the end of the week. Fast forward and nothing but false promises. 3 days later I’m still waiting. They gave me a smoked in loaner car that smells awful. It also only had a quarter tank of gas they left me for the weekend. I don’t feel valued for as a customer and I do regret signing with them. The salesman was good and was the only reason why I’m giving it 2 stars. I will not be coming back. Edit: Dealership reached out to me with an offer of 1 oil change to get me to change my review and "make things right". I don't feel as if my best interest is in mind especially with a cheap bribe.
