I would give this place less than a star if I could. I called about a truck that they had posted on Facebook. I tell them I’m driving 2 hrs to look at this truck. My banker called them to let them know my check was good ahead of time. I get there and one guy working there was clueless. I’m talking might not qualify to be a people greeter at Walmart. He had no clue what truck I was talking about. He made a call to someone else. That person remembered talking to me and my banker. They didn’t even have the truck that they had posted. It didn’t exist. They offered no explanation or apology. They wouldn’t give me gas money for my travel time that was a total waste because of them. Never and I do mean never deal with these idiotic people. I will also be calling the better business bureau and rep

not only was the process smooth and easy but Doug was extremely informative answered any and all question we had we love our new vehicle that came with a awesome price tag and transparency from beginning to end! I highly recommend these folks we will definitely be back when it comes time to buy again!

Not a bad place to do business but they are not a “above and beyond” dealership. Purchased a vehicle from them and after the sale I asked about fixing the windshield. I was told that the size of the crack was under the minimum allowable length and that they couldn’t afford the $250 to replace the windshield. It did take me a couple days to pick up the car since I lived about 1.5 hours away. When I did pick it up, the car was not detailed at all. Not even vacuumed. There was just enough gas to get me to the gas station to fill it up. Key fob is broke and none of the tire sensors work. I was told they were good and to just drive it. Well they are not. Ryan was great to us, even though I made him let me drive half the cars on the lot. The check engine light came on, and they found out the thermostat had been sticking. They replaced it the same day. I got a great vehicle for a bargain.

The people who work here was wonderful from the time we stepped foot on the lot. The young men was wonderful in the information on the vehicle and didn't treat us like we didn't know what we wanted or needed because we are women. Doug very polite and had a very hometown way about him from the time you spoke with him. The young red headed man was wonderful in helping us with the application process and Doug made sure he explained everything to my mother before she signed anything and gave us very helpful information. Definitely 5 star ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
