Burlington Bubbles Car Wash

I went to the 2nd street location one day this week- machine wouldn’t accept 2 different debit cards I tried to use. Decided to try the Burlington location the next day. The overhead door was shut, but the machine was accepting payment so I assumed it would open upon payment right? It did not. Turn off the payment machine if you’re closed, perhaps. I called the phone number listed with Google, and was told I could not receive a refund, only a credit for a future car wash with this company I was already thoroughly unimpressed with. Fine. Was told the Burlington location wouldn’t be open for some time, so I was encouraged to use the credit at 2nd street today. Okay. Arrived there, cones blocked the entrance to the wash. So the only way I can use this credit and receive the service I paid for

I was really bummed. Paid for the $15 car wash and got done and it was still dusty and had quite a bit of mud still in the wheel well. The windows were still dusty. The bugs on the front were still there. And there were white colored water spots all along the side.

The past 2 days the credit card reader doesn’t work. Not wasting my time going back.

1st vacuum ate 3 dollars and didnt even turn on. second one ate a dollar and jammed. now im down 4 dollars & nobody was there to give it back to me.

I really like this car wash. Does a good job cleaning all my vehicles. I have never used the drive-thru part of it I always wash myself. I definitely like that you can close both doors to wash your vehicle especially if it's really windy out.
