Burlington Tire Service

I needed new tires on my vehicle, so my husband ordered them online and set up an appointment for me to get them put on. I was early for my appointment and they were super busy, but they were able to get to my vehicle on time and it didn't take long at all! There was a waiting room with a tv, which was nice! The staff that I interacted with was very friendly and courteous!

Told me I brought the wrong tires, however upon inspection they were the exact same ones as I had already on. Don't know if they just couldn't read what was on the old tires or what.

I received excellent service despite the issues they were having due to computers being offline. Received updates on the status of the repair while waiting, and they patch tires car tires rather than using plugs!

These guys are amazing. They came to my office where I had a flat tire and fixed it right there. Not only did they do a great job, they didn't even charge me for the house call. Customer for life now.
