Brett gave us a fair price to fix the door and quarter panel on our van. He not only fixed it in a timely manner but the quality of work they did amazes me. The paint work he did looks better than the day we bought it. This is the third time I've had them do work for me in past 15 years and highly recommend them.

Someone backed into the back of my car while I am here in Oneonta for college and I was pretty skeptical of all the body shops around the here since i am not familiar with the area! I brought my car to Burrs Body Shop to get my bumper painted and completely replaced and i could not be happier with my experience! Brett the owner got my bumper ordered, painted and put onto my car in less than two weeks. I was only without my car for two days! He gave me his personal phone number to text about updates etc. and made me feel comfortable with the whole process! I was given a very affordable price for the work that needed to be done. When I picked up my car he reassured me that if i had any problems with my car that I could always come back! Will definitely be recommending him to anyone who needs

friendly, warm, comfortable atmosphere. explained anything I was unsure of, handled ins co and their requirements. My car looks brand new, u can't tell there was any damage at all. The paint job is beautiful. I am highly impressed with my car & overall experience. Brett helped me out of a bind when my muffler decoupled while driving down Route 23. He welded it back together for a fair price on a holiday weekend and gave good overall advice on my car. There was a snafu that delayed the work by a day and that was a bit stressful, but it all worked out and I'm happy with the results. An honest, nice guy who seems to enjoy what he does. I would take my car there again if I'm in the area and it needs work. If you stick with him, he will come through and make it right. Thanks for fixing my car and getting me home Brett!
