Burt Brothers Tire & Service

This is the MOST DISHONEST shop I’ve ever been to. I brought my truck in for an alignment and told them I needed more than just a toe and go since I’d replaced my control arms. I made an appointment at 8:00am and got a call around 8:30 saying my truck needed special keys for my alignment and when I denied it and said I’d just take it they then said they could just pry on it and get it just as good. With that in mind they said it would cost $150 on top of the alignment that was $100, for an hour of labor. I agreed and said go ahead. The technician said it would be done in an hour, I called around 11:00am and was told 4 vehicles got put ahead of me. I decided this shop was a joke and told them I was coming to get my vehicle. IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS I WOULD. After a routine oil change, I woke up to all my oil leaked onto my driveway because the drain plug was barely threaded and nearly falling out. This is pure negligence. They risked catastrophic engine damage over the most basic service possible. I had to go buy oil and cleaning supplies to clean up their mess. If they can’t get a basic oil change right, I wouldn’t trust them with anything more complicated. Unacceptable. Avoid Burt Brothers.

I've had several wonderful experiences with Burt Brothers. Dealing with the Manager Seth, to the mechanics Nathaniel and Davie. Been such a loyal customer my DAD, my son, my Siblings, my Daughters have all been brought into the Burt Brothers Family. It's been amazing to watch the growth of Seth, Nathaniel, and Davie, even better to have been spoiled and privileged to have them take such good care of all my family members. Granting me Peace of mind knowing that the service they've received has given dependability and safety and confidence to drive and commute with their families too. These guys are great! I needed an early appointment and sent an online request very late the night before. They texted me first thing in the morning and scheduled my appointment to be at the shop in less than 20 minutes. I arrived, they took care of my tires, and I was out of there before 10 a.m. That's why I always go to them. Totally recommend them!
