Burt Brothers Tire & Service

I usually take my truck to the dealership to get an oil change but they couldn't fit me in on Saturday. I called Burt Bros and they said they could take care of it. That was great. I had them do a full oil service and requested both fuel filters also. They sent me pictures of the dirty cabin filter and engine air filter so I gave them the go ahead on both to be replaced. I knew it was going to be costly to have everything done at once but needed it taken care of for a trip next week. Spent $500 which I knew for a diesel was about right. The bad: When I got my truck back there was a oil handprint on my door. I also noticed one on my center console and the cloth had a black oil print on it. Kyle at Burt Brothers Tire has been great. Always has great suggestions, prices, and customer service. I take all my vehicles there. Service at the place down the street has gone down the drain. Highly recommend you try these guys. I just got new rims on my 4runner and love them. Also have had other services , and repairs and they do great work.

I had my brake lines replaced today and they were courteous and professional. I gave them five stars and highly recommend you check them out. UPDATE The day after my truck kept stopping while driving and they cut the inside wall of the passenger front tire. So I had to go to get a free flat repair to have them keep me waiting over 2 hours to say they couldn't "legally" repair it. I had to buy a tire. They checked for tires and then came back and said they mysterious disappeared after quitting by me a Price. They refused to let me take my truck elsewhere and are holding it hostage. They refused to take me home to get my spare leaving me stranded. I had to walk 4.5 miles home and had just had total knee replacement surgery recently. I took my '98 Jeep in for new tires and maybe some frontend work. Kyle and I spent a lot of time discussing sizes and tread. His team checked it out and he emailed me a quote for all the work it would need. I had them fix the most important stuff; it needs a lot. After his team finished with it, It drives much better.

Welp!,definitely! DEFINITELY!!! Will not use these guys! I came in after givin them a call about possibly needing some ball joints replaced on my dually.. They said bring it in and let make sure that’s what needs to be done..sounded like a good idea. So I did! They told me that upper and lower ball joints needed to be replaced, also inner tie rod, ohh ohh ohhh also my steering gear box would need to be replaced!!! And then it would need a power steering flush , an alignment blah blah blah!! Welp!! It needed non of it!!!! I had new wheels installed by big o tires in Tooele. they didn’t use the guides when they mounted them back on the the truck so it gave my a truck a wobble/ vibration Just a simple fix not a $2,030.10 Burt brothers tried to get me for Save your money go somewhere OUT OF
