I have been to this company twice for my oil changes. They are great priced and are pretty easy to get an appointment with, but the thing that I appreciate the most is their honesty. I thought I was going to have to get new brakes and scheduled that with my oil change last year, instead of scamming me and having me get all new brakes they were honest and told me I didn't need them. That to me is worth my loyalty as a customer because I'm these times it's extremely hard to find an honest mechanic and when you do they are definitely worth keeping. These guys are my go to mechanic for anything not covered by my car warranty. Thank you guys!

This shop used to be absolute best in town. Unfortunately, that is no longer the case. I’ve taken all my vehicles here for maintenance for years. When I called to make my appt they couldn’t find my account, no big deal at the time, stuff happens. I arranged to drop my car off the night before, leave my keys in the night drop and pick up after work the next day. My appt was early morning. I never heard from them, which is not the norm for this company. So I called on my way over there to pickup, she couldn’t even find my appointment. When I got there, my car was pulled partially into a full bay with techs scrambling to perform the basic oil change. They forgot my appointment. On top of that prices have raised over 30% since the last time I got my oil changed which is always done on schedule

Another shop in town recommended that I go here for a radiator issue because they could not get to my vehicle in a timely manner. Overall my experience was good. They did a good job and fixed everything that needed to be fixed. They had a couple of issues getting the parts they needed but they went out of their way to make it right and get the work done ( thanks for that) . The only complaint I have is the communication could have been better. I understand there is only so much you can do when it comes to parts procurement but simply communicating what is going on goes a long way. I would bring my vehicle here again and I would recommend bringing your vehicle here.

I came to this place to get my wheel well guards replaced. They gave me recommendations to buy parts off of Amazon to save me money and even found some parts for me, rather than having them ship it and paying more. I could tell they are very honest and reliable. Even when I needed my car calibrated they checked that for me too. I can tell they truly care about their customers! Just wanted to say I appreciate them a lot!

The only reason I gave them one star is because I couldn’t give them zero. Do not take your vehicle to this place. I had brought mine in for a timing chain job and over 30 days later I finally had to get it towed out of there to a competent mechanic. They openly admitted to having done the installation incorrectly and were going to have to restart the process. After 30 days all they could produce was a vehicle that ran worse than when I had brought it in. This place is notorious for bleeding you out on labor rate and parts. Completely disorganized. Terrible customer service. By far the worst craftsmanship I have ever seen. I always had to go down there to get an actual answer from anyone about my vehicle because they would never call me to provide updates. And when I would call down there
