Burt Watson GMC West Branch

We took our car to Burt Watson-West Branch for service today. We were greeted by very professional & pleasant members of the staff. The waiting area is very clean, comfortable & brightly lit. Our service call was completed in a very timely manner & we were soon on our way. We were truly impressed with the staff. It's a friendly place to do business and we will be back. We were very satisfied with our experience.

Husband and I were shopping for a new truck, Kim was amazing. Every step of the way. She found the one we wanted at another dealership here in Michigan and was able to procure it. Having collaboratively worked with Anthony (Sales Manager), Mike (Salesman), and Misty (Finance Manager), my wife and I left very satisfied with our purchase. We struck up a deal that fit our budget, and while there were a few “sales-y” pitches here and there, they were minor and expected—it’s part of the job. Truth be told, they came across more down-to-earth than any other sales team I’ve encountered. On our way home, we noticed the right rear passenger reflector/reverse housing light was cracked and not functioning. It was subtle enough to miss in daylight, and we didn’t catch it until after signing. That said, we didn’t let it sour the experience.
