I manage a business in Indianapolis, IN. I sent a truck and trailer up to West Branch to make a delivery. The customer couldn't unload the trailer, and I was in a real pickle. I searched towing companies in West Branch and came across HD Towing. I called and spoke with Chad, and asked if there was any way he could help me to get the driver unloaded. He said he would run right over and take care of it, which he did. Not only was he a real life saver, he was one of the nicest fellows that I've talked to in a long while. He got the trailer unloaded and the driver on his way in very short time. Thank you Chad for everything you did to help me out. I highly recommend Chad and HD Towing!

We had a flat tire on our 5th wheel. Called him he was out with in 25 minutes. He exchanged the tire and had to unwrap the blowed out tire around the axle with in 30 minutes we were on the road.. Excellent job, highly recommend

A family member recently totaled their car from hitting a deer. The cops called HD towing and they were amazing to us. They were very nice and understanding and not in a hurry when they came to pick up the car. They kept it at their place and didn't charge us anything for it sitting there until we got a hold of the insurance company. We had to go there a couple different times to clean the car out and get the license plate and both times the owners were helpful. I highly recommend them if you ever need something
