Busby Tire & Alignment

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience at Busby’s Tire and Alignment! They replaced my brake pads and did an amazing job from start to finish. The staff was friendly, honest, and took the time to explain everything clearly. The service was quick, fairly priced, and my car feels so much safer and smoother now. It’s hard to find a shop you can truly trust, but Busby’s definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be coming back for future service!

At times it may take a little long to have the work done. However, it is always worth it! The prices are fair and the owner is always there with a smile and is honest and helpful. I brought my car in thinking it needed work instead of doing the work and charging me and for me... it really did not need the work. And in the end they were 100% correct it did not need the work, and they saved me over 200 some odd dollars, all by being honest! Their honesty is worth every penny I pay and anytime I have to wait I'll never!! I'll never go anywhere else!! I get all my work done on my vehicle here. From my brakes to oil changes to bearings replaced. I trust him so much that my entire family now goes there for their vehicles as well.

Second update...they replaced the part I took them to fix my car. I have changed my review from 1 star to 3 stars because I am done with this business. It was not my intention to hurt anyone's business. I just wanted to share my experience. The business asked that I follow up with the whole story so here it is. We brought you our car and the part(paid for by us) it needed to be fixed. You said you would have to ship it overseas to be reprogrammed and asked for $300. We gave you the money and waited months without hearing anything. You never reached out to us to let us know you couldn't fix our car. When my husband would call or stop by your shop to ask about the car, we were told you were waiting on the part. We asked for tracking information on said part and never received anything. We

This place is AWESOME!!! my truck broke down, I got towed to this place, those guys are AWESOME, once I started tlkn to these guys and he told me the price, I almost pasted out, it was a lot cheaper than I expected, I mean I got there right b4 closing, I'm from Alabama, I mean he fixed my truck the next morning... they treated me as I was a resident customer, then offered to take me to a hotel for the night I mean I really was surprised... I met the the owner, those guys are just AWESOME!!! They helped me get back home... if you're in Camden TN, and u need your truck service go to BUSBY TIRE...
