I’ve been with them for I believe over two years now and have not once had an issue they also have been patient with me on 1 late payment and two misunderstandings. Very appreciative of them and what they do for their customers. Would highly recommend as a place to purchase a vehicle. Truck is still running wonderfully.

BUYER STAY AWAY! This BHPH dealership may be the shadiest in the entire country. We bought a 2008 F150 on 6/20. On 6/28, my husband takes it to drive to NV for work. He has issues with it in IA. He did something stupid and spends some time in jail. The truck is towed to a tow yard. They contact Scarlett's. When I go in to make a payment, Misty is threatening to get the truck. He gets released, and gets the truck. He makes it to NE. He's still having issues with it, and takes it to a Ford dealer. They try to fix it at a cost of $304. He drives maybe 20 miles, and it dies. He has it towed to a different Ford dealer. At the cost of $86, they tell him the engine is seized. We scramble for money, trying to figure out how to get him to NV. A friend gets him on a bus to NV. Hello I will just say how terrible and awful experience this situation was and I will get into into detail ok so I bought a car on this lot it was a chevy and I put down 2000 BTW it was in Nov 1 and right from the start I made my payments and really had no issue so I made my payment and come Dec 1 I told the car was acting up ok BTW I was in contact with a girl there and she said she would suspend payments and bring it into a garage well come the next day car just died ok wouldn't turn over at all then I called them told them too come an get car an they had it towed well I ask if anything cam be done she said no because I didn't sign a paper saying. I have been a customer for years. They worked with me whenever I needed to postpone my payment. Friendly staff. They will continue to get my business. I will not go anywhere else. No interest is the way to go.
