Buster's Car Wash

I have been through Buster’s Car Wash approximately 6 times on my monthly (top tier) membership for more than $50.00 per month. My car has never gotten completely cleaned at Buster’s. Even after all the bells and whistles…wax, rain repellent, etc….a haze of road salt residue can still be easily seen. I’m not scrutinizing every crevice…I’m talking about my side mirrors remaining hazy, parts of my door windows remain hazy, you can easily see the coverage area of my wipers, with a hazy outline of the areas not covered by the wipers. The pro: Tires and rims are clean and shiny. The tunnel is well lit. Sufficient hot air drying. The license plate readers work well and the gate opens without delay. I don't usually leave reviews, but my experience thus far has been so good, i went out of my way to leave one. I bought the unlimited plan yesterday. ($19.99/ first month promotion)(VERY fair deal) My truck was filthy--hasn't been washed since June. There wasn't a SPOT left afterwards, and I inspected for one. The Vacuums were more powerful than Hoffman's and not as loud. The payment attendant was friendly & attentive. The pre-wash guys were VERY thorough & nice. They guide you on to the track with patience instead of like jaded drill sergeants. One guy on each side pre-spraying my truck, knocking off the wheel-well ice dams instead of one half asleep guy giving a half-way hose squirt to one side. Great experience at this car wash! Aiden was extremely friendly and very helpful throughout the whole process. He took the time to explain everything and made sure my car was taken care of. Really appreciated his positive attitude and excellent customer service. Highly recommend asking for Aiden!

Buster's does not get the back of my suv clean. I'm going there to get the salt off and the back is never clean. The last straw was when I brought my brand new suv through and now there's a good size scratch on it. Of course Buster's denied it and said it couldn't have happened there. I believe their rotating brushes must have had debris in them when I went through to cause the scratch. I'm sure it happened at Buster's. I drove it from there and put it in my garage. I had a two car membership and cancelled it. I was paying almost $70 a month. If you care about your vehicle, don't bring it through Buster's.

Buster’s Car Wash consistently delivers an amazing experience. The staff is friendly, the line moves quickly, and the equipment always leaves my car looking 100 times better than Hoffmans ever could. I love how thorough the wash is, especially the drying and vacuum areas. The whole place is clean, organized, and super convenient. Easily the best car wash in the 518.
