Consumers can be skeptical of employees at car dealerships. Let's be honest, they are trying to sell us something we may not think we need. Well, Kaden Peterson at Lia Nissan of Saratoga, who works in the service department, was a pleasure to work with! He greeted me with a warm smile, told me exactly what the plan was, and told me he'd consult with me before anything additional needed to be done (lucky for me, no extra work needed). He returned to me in less time than estimated, reviewed the work, and send me on my way - again, with a smile! This is my second or third positive experience with the service department at this dealership. Keep up the great work!
