Dan and team are certainly the best at what they do. Dan's expertise in diagnosing and repairing are second to none!. We have taken our vehicles to Dan for years and the vehicles are repaired correctly the first time! I highly recommend Buster's for any/all vehicles. There is nothing Dan can't repair.

Very well deserved rating, and anyone who doesn't rate these guys as great doesn't know what they're talking about. I brought my odd ball car to them(MR2) and Dan put me at ease with his knowledge and took the time to talk as if I was their only customer! Never, in any service industry have I seen someone this committed to his customers and their business. Great work and I will be recommending them to everyone! And will be bringing all of my vehicles to these awesome people.

Dan is the absolute best for anything transmission related. He rebuilt the 4L60E in my 2002 Tahoe for towing my 6k~ lbs car trailer. His customer service, attention to detail, and knowledge about transmissions is impeccable. There's no one better in the Charlotte area to go to. If you need transmission work done, take it here. 10/10. 2025 update: Tahoe trans is still holding up great after 20k miles. Took Dan my 09 Civic Si 6 speed manual because it wasn't going into gear. He installed a clutch kit, flywheel, master, slave, and rebuilt the transmission with new synchro's and bearings. It's as smooth as butter!

Dan is the BEST!! I took my car here for transmission work and Dan explained to me exactly what needed to get fixed and got my car on the road in a timely manner. Extremely nice people that work here and I’d only do business with them from now on. Prices are reasonable and I was updated throughout the whole fix. I’m over the moon with this company and I’m so grateful for them!! I’d give them 20 stars if I could!

silky smooth shifting on my commercial van after the repair! Dan took his time with me explaining issues with Ford's design, to which they made modifications. He also shared other ways to prolong the life of my newly rebuilt transmission. they warranty their work and I expect if any issues arise, Buster's will stand behind their work!
