Mavis Tires & Brakes

My experience at this Mavis was outstanding! I received a friendly confirmation call prior to my visit. I was greeted by Will at the front desk in a warm professional manner. The Technician, Nate, under the helpful guidance of Lex, who was completing my front alignment, went above and beyond and made a crucial observation informing me that my front left tie rod bolt on my newly purchased 2015 Toyota Camry SE was missing and that this posed a critical safety concern. He offered to locate the correct part and complete the repair at no additional cost to me and executed the repair perfectly! My vehicle now rides as it should and I can rest assured that’s it’s safe. I will be back to this location.

How do I even begin to describe the experience I had with this shop? Got in early on a Saturday morning to get all my tires changed, and when the shop was looking for my wheel lock key in the trunk, they busted a litter bag and didn’t tell me about it. There was litter EVERYWHERE, I had to hire a detail company to clean up their mess. If that’s how they take care of their clients, I do not want to see their work with tires. Glad they didn’t find my tire lock key because I would have been extremely disappointed paying $1500 to change tires with a company that trashed my trunk.

I came into Mavis to have my tire looked at because I had a screw in it. Everyone was very professional and kind from the moment I walked in. Nate took great care of me and explained clearly what they would be doing, how long it would take, and the cost before moving forward. The service was quick and it didn’t take long at all! I really appreciated the transparency and excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend this location!

Unacceptable and Dangerous Last night, my daughter’s tire exploded on Highway 85 while driving home from college, causing her to lose control of her car. Today she took it to Mavis for replacement, and I stayed on speakerphone to make sure everything was handled properly. My biggest concern was safety. I made it clear multiple times that I wanted all of the tires inspected and was fully willing to replace them all if necessary. I was concerned that the tires might have had a defect because they were purchased new from this same Mavis in January 2024, and one already needed replacement by July 2024 for leaking and now this. After this second issue, it was absolutely critical to ensure the rest were safe before my daughter drove back to school. Mavis assured us the remaining three tires we

James was the absolute best! We were traveling with a camper and had valve stem cut, stopped in and he took care of us so could get back on the road. Very impressed with service and professionalism shown to us!
