Shannon and Kendra we’re absolutely great! Very knowledgeable and helpful. After going to a bunch of places that couldn’t help me I arrived at Busy B where Shannon was able to do in 2 minutes! what the other places took 30 minutes to do, only to not be able to complete the job! But Shannon was not only faster but got the job done and saved our trip!! Next time I have n issue I’ll save all the time and go to Busy B 1st! If I have any issue! Very thankful! Thank you Shannon and Kendra!!

Thank God for Busy B! They literally saved me by seeing my car the same day I got it towed to them. The first place I got my car towed to said they would see it over the phone but when I had it towed there they told me a week!!!! SO my sweet tow truck driver came back for my car and took it to Busy B! They are amazing! They called me same day and told me what was wrong...Had my parts ordered that day and did the job the following day. I picked up my car and brought it home good as new that day! I am from out of town and needed to get back to Henderson ASAP! I absolutely adore the staff! They were so helpful! Put my mind and ease and helped me stop panicking about my car. My Baby!! They where able to duplicate my lazer cut mercedes key that was broke in half. Real life saver!

I don’t have any clue where these peoples heads are with their reviews. Shannon was EXTREMELY KIND and went above and beyond to diagnose my vehicles check engine light. All it took was a simple 5 second call and he politely asked me to bring it by the shop and he’d be more than happy to diagnose an fix my issue. He also made 2 keys for my car which were very reasonably priced. All in all Busy Bee is an outstanding place of business and they’ve earned my respect and business for as long as I’m alive. I highly recommend them to anyone !!

Thanks Shannon for getting the keys made for my 1998 Moto Guzzi motorcycle. I had lost my keys and you were able to make replacements for me. And, one day turnaround. Thanks again!!
