Excellent work on helping to get my 30 year old F150 back into operating shape for my son’s first vehicle. They went above and beyond with owner Eddie Butler giving me a call personally to talk about the uniqueness of our truck.

Butler is the best... I have had nothing but an awesome experience with them on all 5 of my vehicles. They work on imports (bmw) which alot of shops can't. They have very fair pricing and even suggest not doing work if it is unnecessary. Would give them 6 stars if it was an option!

I have a Ford F150 as well as A Buick lacrosse and I have a wonderful professional experienced team at BUTLER automotive I wouldn’t trust my two babies with anybody else 10 out of 10 experience every time

Changed the oil and got my car.out quickly. There was no indication on my bill that they had done the usual inspections, checking tires, topping fluids (which if topped off I am charged) and checking belts. Unfortunately, after years of being accustomed to that level of service, I did not check my bill until I got home and was left wondering if these services were even performed. I guess next time I take my car in I'll be very specific about services I want performed and not ask for an oil change and "servicing" my vehicle. Servicing must have a different definition these days.

I appreciate the kind service and hospitality. Although, I would have rather had the full inspection completed versus stopping at the first possible issue. It was stated that my custom wheels were causing the problem but turns out it is the control arms and tie rod assemblies. I don’t mind paying for an inspection but it should at least be thorough to validate charging the customer.
