They did amazing care of my car/baby as a female that knows nothing about cars they could have been a little bit more explanatory of what needs done but other wise they are quick and best business. The price is tab high but that’s everywhere thank you gentleman for fixing my car and the nice older lady for the ride home.

Hank and the other folks at Butler made fixing my daughter's Jeep Wrangler very easy. They diagnosed it in the afternoon on a Thursday, FedEx'd the parts overnight and it was ready to pick up Friday afternoon. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

As we go about our busy lives, it is easy to forget or overlook people and businesses who go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service. Butler Automotive is one such business. I would recommend Butler to both friends and strangers. Every single one of these men at the front desk, whether it’s Mr. Hank, Mr Thomas, and Mr Matthew are amazing!! They know there jobs & they are so delightful to do business with !! And they are fast !! But your vehicle cannot be in better hands, hands-down this will be the only place I take my car!! Thank you all so much at Butler on Baston Road !!

I trust the professionalism, promptness, and skills at the Martinez,GA location. They have figured out and fixed an issue on my f150 pickup that the dealership could not figure out. Took in another vehicle (Mazda) with a sensor issue. They called to report the issue and fixed it within a couple of days. Pricing, in my limited knowledge of mechanical costs, I believe was reasonable.
