Butler Tires for Less

I called in advanced and talked to the sales representative. He was very professional, and and gave me information on used and new tires is the size I requested. He then told me his business hours, and was very clear about closing at 5 o'clock. I didnt manage to show up until about 5 mins before they closed. Every thing was cleaned up for the day, and everyone was ready to go home. Even at this point they still provided me with excellent and promt service. I dont recommend showing up at the last minute, but even though I did and everyone was ready to go, they still put customer satisfaction above all!!

I can't speak highly enough about Tires for Less. They always go above and beyond to help. Jim is exceptional with his customer service. His approach is way above what others do for their customers. Even when they have the opportunity to sell extra tires, they are honest and say you really don't need them yet. Who does that in this world today? That is incredible integrity! Highly recommend. Don't bother going anywhere else!

Had to get two front tires as mine were horrible and giving me a bad shake at 50+ mph .. I called .. they got me right in... And with in 20 minutes I was back out the door with 2 new tires 🙂🧘🏻‍♀️ from start to finish it was a very wonderful experience 🙂

Dont waste your time, show up 15 minutes before open to only sit for 2.5+ hours to mount 2 tires. Meanwhile EVERYONE that has came after you was helped first.

They tried so hard to fit me in when I showed up without an appointment. They weren't able to fit me in because of the work I needed but they assessed my car wrote down what I needed and gave me good advice. They were super nice and their customer service is top notch. 10/10 Best in Butler.
