I would like to thank Scott and Tom from Butte Auto, for what could have been a hugh issue and made it fixable. I made it on time for my legal stuff due to her passing. Tom and Scott did not give up and got us fixed up and on are way. There is no way I could ever thank you both. Customer service above and beyond.

Had a warranty issue while traveling across the country. The service staff were understanding and very helpful at Butte Auto GM. The entire staff listed to the story and had the solution. They got me in almost immediately and had me back on the road in 3 hours!

This was hands down the best experience in the 30 years I've been buying vehicles that my husband or I have ever had at a car dealership! Robby our salesman heard everything we had to say, took very seriously every need we had for a vehicle and didn't even bother to show us two. He found the first one and it was perfect! Any hiccups we had along the way were immediately handled. They worked with us on some things we needed to take care of. They have immediately found and are in the process of fixing a slight problem they were unaware of. I can not recommend a car dealership more than Butte auto at ANY of their dealerships here in Butte. I would guarantee are the best you'll find in town. And I say that with NO HESITATION!! We will definitely be a repeat customer!

I ordered a new car through Butte Auto and they were amazing to work with. The employees were kind and knowledgeable. They went out of their way to make it a smooth process for us. They honored rebates that other dealers wouldn’t. I’d order another car with them again, for sure.

Once again Butte Auto came to our rescue. We actually drive from Bozeman to have our Jeep serviced here. They always complete the issue before the date given, and Jennifer, in service, is a pleasure to work with. She makes us feel like family.
