I’ve been going to buy for about 16 years, they have great service & quality parts

Today I stopped at Buy wise Jersey City and had the worst customer service experience. For many years I have been loyal to them due the good prices and parts qualities but today while I was in line no one call next and after 10 minutes waiting finally I was called by Steven that right at the center computer and to start the part search I described my vehicle and told beside that also he asked for the bin # I provided and after he identified the part and gave me the price that to me was a little bit high and I asked if for any chance he had something chipper and he answer was if I don’t want it then I have to go to another place to get it. And he never tried to convince me about to get my part at buy wise. He was arrogant and so unprofessional. Please if you are planning to buy any part the

On the website, it says they open at 7:30 am. Either they need to update their website or somebody is running extremely late. 7:58 am I am still waiting to get in.

Hadn't done business with these guys in a few years. I called Buy-Wise two days ago to see if they stocked a window regulator I needed. Was told they had it and obtained a price. Dropped by the next day for the part and a decent counter rep shared that the part wasn't there because I had probably reached their Union store. Regardless, if I came back in a couple of hours they could have it shipped over. I did this and when I arrived the decent rep was busy with a customer so I went to be served by another rep. I shared with this guy that I had previously been working with his colleague (who was right next to him) and the part I was looking for. This guy starts looking up the part but gets on the phone and launches into a five minute conversation (literally) with someone in Spanish and it

Place is like a cheat code in the Matrix when it comes to car part acquisition. It is a hidden gem in Jersey City. I had to source a part very quickly for a vehicle and had no luck anywhere else. Buy Wise had the part at a great price with excellent customer service. I will advise everyone to check Buy Wise for their automotive part needs moving forward.
