I can’t say enough good things about this office! Ellie, Flo, and the entire team are absolutely amazing. They are always professional, friendly, and attentive to every detail. No matter how busy they are, someone always answers the phone and takes the time to help without rushing you. It’s rare these days to find people who truly go out of their way for their clients, but this office does exactly that. What I love about Buzz Hill State Farm Insurance is their customer service--anytime I call the office or stop by, I am greeted by smiling, helpful faces. They always take the time to address any questions I have and make me feel like I'm their no. 1 priority. I think that's hard to find in today's world. The other thing I love is that they are so involved in the community--I just saw the entire team participating in Relay for Life a few weeks ago!

When we moved to Florida, we couldn't find an insurance agent that would even return our calls. We wanted to use State Farm, as we had them in the state we moved from. We had to use Geico for a while until a Co worker recommended Buzz Hill. I called his office and they could not have been nicer or easier to work with, plus they saved us a lot of money. Very happy with this agent and his staff.
