DeAngelo Card was an awesome car salesman. We appreciated his excellent customer service and his personality was infectious. Robin the loan officer was patient. We really enjoyed our experience and appreciate all their efforts.

Horrible experience. Can never reach the service desk. I always have to call sales (DeAngelo) and have him send an email for a call back. I recently scheduled an appointment and dropped my car off the night before the appointment. My car sat the entire day of the appointment there was no proper communication. I received a call from Colin at 4:53pm he did not state what the issue was with my car just stated it was him calling on my voicemail. I called back once available due to being at work and had to call thru CNAC which was an even bigger MISTAKE. I’ve also had bad experiences with financing. Ive received constant harassment calls from Robin. So many that I’ve requested not to be contacted by her by phone email only. I’m not sure if she recognizes my number or what but when I called CNAC

I came to byrider waiting to hear, " you've been denied" , like I always get from other dealerships , but this experience was different. They greeted me with smiles, and welcomed me to there place of business, They treated me like I was there best friend/ Family. Then I was greeted by " D'Angelo" he came to assist me on a car purchase, and he went above and beyond to go out of his way to make sure I drove a car off their lot. There's been a few of negative reviews I've seen about byrider, but trust and believe they are nothing like what is said, they are very nice and helpful and do what they can to help you, to get you into the car of your choice. I highly recommend this place to everyone, please try this company, you won't be disappointed. 😁😁😁😁😁

Deangelo was very patient and kind he got me approved and kept my son company while I finalized , they even ordered in pizza and that was so generous! Definitely go with byrider for your car needs! My second time with them and I trust them
