Long story short: I felt misled by Greg’s assessment of my car. He said I needed a new transmission and I spoke to 5 people who all disagreed (1 mechanic that did a full check up like he did, 1 retired mechanic that test drove the car, 1 mechanic I spoke with over the phone, and 2 people who are experienced with cars that did several tests with me.) For more details: Greg mentioned a bearing was a problem but the end solution was replacing the transmission. Greg showed me his diagnostics tool, he showed me the code that popped up, and he explained the possible solutions. He took the time to explain and that was good. I understand his point clearly that it would be in my best interest to replace the entire transmission and not just a part inside the transmission in case it wouldn’t solve t

Had my 2002 ranger fixed and they fixed it really quick and a reasonable price. Will definitely recommend to anybody and everybody! The people that work thr was really polite, the guy i talked to greg was really easy to talk to. You guys did an amazing job!!!!

We were traveling through siloam springs when a wheel bearing went out. Greg took excellent care of us and got the repair done in a timely manner. He didn't try to upsell me or replace anything that wasn't necessary. I have a little mechanical experience and I was very pleased with his work. The price was reasonable and the work was done in a timely manner. I'd definitely use him again.
