Bought a car for my granddaughter at Chapman Nissan close by. We took the salesman with us to Chu For a prearranged inspection before the purchase. Thoroughly satisfied with his comprehensive evaluation And test drive of the car. When all was said and done, he turned to my granddaughter and said no charge! I couldn’t believe it and told him I would pay it forward. Thank you

Shady business, stay away. I gave a deposit for a car I won on Ebay and confirmed the deposit was fully refundable for any reason I did not move forward and they ghosted me. I have full chain of messages with proof and when I finally got through to the Manager, he blamed me for wasting time. Crooked business people, do not deal with them.

Recently brought a 2007 Buick Lucerne from C and B motors for 3900 dollars. A week into having the car it's started misfiring and eventually wouldn't start. Had it towed to a shop and found out it needed 3,000 dollars worth of work done to it. Everything needed work from a intake gaskets to an control arm. Eventually found the car was also previously hit and had a bent frame, I was never told this during the buying process. I received the title in the mail only to find out it had been rebuilt. I reached out to C and B motors and let them know I was highly disappointed with the car and to see if I could receive at least some of my money back. I took full responsibility for buying the car, but also felt no car should ever shut down only after a week of having it. Especially when I paid 3,90

Bought a 2009 Nissan Rogue for $4250 with 102000 miles on it back in the beginning of March from these guys. They claimed it had good inspection and no problems, also originally told me $4000 and then tried to add an extra $500 for “inspection and a new compressor switch”. I took the car to my mechanic and put almost $1000 into repairs between new control arms and bushings, a new oil pan, exhaust leak, and rusted parts. After that adventure I also found out the compressor switch they apparently replaced was a lie because my ac does not work and I am now putting another $900 into a brand new compressor. They lie to get money when there are issues they very obviously know about and do not note at all. Not to mention the “as is” policy so you cannot hold them accountable for their lies. DO NO

I purchased a car from them on ebay. Car was just as described in add, had a clean and clear title. I had a great experience with the staff and had no issues what so ever. Note the car I bought is 20 years old and drove it 6 hours home no problems at all! I would highly recommend them, and know to do your research with any used vehicle you are buying.
