Absolutely love C & C!! They are prompt, courteous, friendly and overall great people! I had a minor accident that did cause my airbags to deploy in my Toyota RAV4 in Hanover County, they arrived within 15 minutes, had it loaded up and answered all my questions. Very thorough and thoughtful. Clay and Crystal are awesome!!

They are on the police call list and if they tow you after an accident, hold on to your wallet! I assume they do this because they can and they think insurance will reimburse the customer, but some people only have liability coverage on old vehicles. They charged me $505.44 for a tow from Montpelier to Ashland. The shop in Ashland couldn't do the work so I'm getting it towed back to Montpelier by a different tow company for only $150.

When my insurance company (GEICO) could not find a tow truck after our camper was hit from behind, the VA State Police called C&C towing and they were there very quickly. Clay and Crystal took great care of us, and kept us up to date regarding when the camper was going to be moved to an insurance facility. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs their services!

All ima say is IF YOU’RE IN BUSINESS OF TAKING ADVANTAGE OF PEOPLE CHANGE THE NAME IMMEDIATELY!!! I have a few ideas if you wanna brainstorm. $800 for taking a vehicle for 2 hours was excessive and the audacity must’ve been on sale that day. How you pull up HOURS LATER lookin how y’all lookin and think that we weren’t going to ask for the proper paperwork. And the real catch is these pictures do not at all portray where we were! Fix that! Because it gave HILLS HAVE EYES and Crystal and whoever the guy was that came with her gave kissing cousins. Whole situation felt setup from the accident to their establishment.
