Unfortunately I had an accident involving a deer. Being newer to the area I had no idea where to take my truck to be repaired. THANKFULLY I found C&D and had it towed there. Charlie has seen my car (unfortunately) multiple times and has not once disappointed me. He is organized, timely, gets work done quickly, and does it well! Charlie the owner went above and beyond for me, and he never even met me! I stopped in his shop after I hit a deer expecting to be out of vehicle, have enormous costs and of course that's frustrating and intimidating. Not only did he work out the cost for me, but he also loaned me a great driving vehicle without me Even Asking! Before I dropped my vehicle off it started to overheat, (which was a separate issue altogether) and I called C & D just to tell them I'd be a day late. Not Only did they stay On the phone with me and suggest ways to fix the problem temporarily, but they were offering, (again I didn't ask) to come get me.
