John is one of the most honest people in this industry and is generally an all around great guy. From the get-go he was clear in what he could and could not do, and worked well with my insurance claims agent to make sure that everything was covered and that no stone was left unturned. I will be recommending everyone I know visit Felton's if they are in need of body work now for as long as John is in charge.

Took my 2021 equinox to Felton’s bodyshop for repairs and I couldn’t be happier. They kept me updated on the repairs and matched the paint perfectly.
