I have and will continue to bring my car to C & E Auto Collision South as well as highly recommend them to my family, friends and co-workers m. The body work they have done to my car, including most recently replacing a door, has been impeccable. In addition to the repairs done to the body of my vehicle, when I’ve picked up my car, the inside has been thoroughly cleaned. I feel the quality of the work they do is unmatched and just as impressive is their customer service. Nick, the owner is extremely gracious and will always spend time with myself and others to explain every part of the process in detail . They did a great job fixing some damage on my car and even gave it a cleaning before returning it to me. There was some mixup with a few things but it was handled well and professionally. The rental car process (though not through them directly) made this even more convenient and easy. I would definitely recommend.

Poor communication. Never received a call on status of my car. Never informed when it would be ready. It took several calls, and occasionally someone would be able to provide an update. This place seems overwhelmed with too many cars to fix at once and they can not handle the volume. Although we brought this in for a minor dent in the rear due to backing in to something, the estimate was revised upward significantly, where now we have a major insurance surcharge. I understand this happens and is part of the 'game', but this was a major revision upward. Unfortunately, this isn't the first time we've had to repair our car for this type of accident. We typically go to Y D Autobody in Canton, but chose C&E because it is closer to home. For the same type of accident, Y D has more accurate estim

Overall great company to do business with. Communication was excellent throughout the process of having my vehicle repaired. The care and attention to my vehicle was impressive. Exceeded my expectations by delivering my car sooner than expected.

I recently had a repair done to my vehicle as the result of an accident and, as always, the service was excellent, communication was top tier, and the workmanship made it look like the car was brand new! I highly recommend.
