I was skeptical about using an online car dealership and read many mixed reviews. However I was in the market for a bigger 3rd row suv . CARVANA gave me the best price for my trade and they had so many incentives to buy from them that I went for it . The numbers were too good to pass up. Overall the process was worth it but some of it is stressful for ppl like me if you’re not the most computer savvy. The whole staff was wonderful though. Whether it was answering my many questions whenever I had them or down to the delivery driver . He was updating me the whole time about when exactly he would arrive. Don’t sleep on CARVANA. It was the worst car experience I have ever had and if I could give it 0 stars I would. My car pickup kept getting delayed due to title and registration issues, which I only found out about after I had already set a pickup date and received a confirmation text saying everything was good to go. A week before delivery, I was suddenly told the car was being pushed back. Meanwhile, I was paying out of pocket for a rental car because I had planned around the original date. The customer service on the phone number they provide is atrocious. There is clearly no communication between anyone who works there. Run don't walk from buying from carvana. This location not your good example of the commercials. Then dealing with the switch n bait of carvana and silver rock. Good luck. Car has never been in an accident. Right. Just fill out your claim to get it fixed. Nope... Buyer beware.. door should have told us everything we needed to know.

This was a nice offer and everything was straightforward. By the time the gentleman came with the car carrier, all the details were worked out. I gave him the keys he gave me a check. He was very nice and informative too. The whole thing was so cool i felt like I wanna buy and sell all the time from carvana. They made it easy.

Carvana gave us a better offer than any of the dealerships were willing to do as a trade in, but we weren’t sure we wanted to drive 4.5 hours to turn it over. We were honest about the seats having some stains and a chip in the windshield. We decided to do it anyway. I followed my husband down and we were there for less than 20 minutes and walked out with exactly what they offered us online. Easy process!
