Chuck is great for everything from oil changes, last minute inspections, and under coatings to the more complex stuff. He’s honest and reasonable and always happy to help. Our whole family brings our cars to him. When you pull up alongside the right side of the building, his door & garage bay are the last ones - the door is bright blue. He has a key drop off in case you need to drop off a car after hours.

This is easily the best mechanic I've ever gone through. They do excellent work at a more than decent price. They work with you through everything and always take videos of work done for clarity and verification. The owner Chuck is one of the nicest guys around! I recommend everybody utilize their services. Easily the best in buffalo!

The AC went out in my Audi A6 and after claiming they had it fixed and charging me, the AC was still blowing hot air. I left them the car and told them to take as long as they needed to fix it and get the job done right. Two months later and not one phone call from them, my AC is still out as we head into summer. Whenever I called for an update I was told that they were trying to fix it and were losing money. They made me feel as if they were doing me a favor. I wish they would have told me the truth that they could not fix the air instead of stringing me along for 8 weeks. The minute Chuck said he was “losing money” I should have known my car care was just a nuisance to him and taken the car back. 0/10 would not recommend.
