We had an emergency brake issue while traveling from out of town, and this shop was truly a lifesaver. They welcomed us in just an hour before closing and treated us with such kindness and care. The staff was incredibly warm, professional, and thorough in explaining everything that needed to be done. It’s rare to find service this genuine and efficient—especially on short notice. I don’t know what we would’ve done without them. Deeply grateful and highly recommend!

The team at Grainy's is hands down the best auto shop I’ve ever been to! The staff is super friendly and honest, and they actually take the time to explain what’s going on with your car without talking down to you. The prices are fair, and they don’t try to push unnecessary repairs like many other places do. They got my car fixed quicker than I expected and it’s running smoother than ever. Grainy’s is top notch, from small to big jobs, and even foreign vehicles. They are honest, timely and do great work. Special kudos to Jenna who is always so kind and responsive. I use them whenever I can, as they typically cost 30% less than the dealership and get me in quickly. Most of my neighbors use them as well and share my sentiments. 10/10!!

Got me in and finished an oil change, state inspection, patched a tire, AND got a oil warning light off my car for free that the BMW dealer was going to charge 150 dollars for. Finished my car fast, great service, great price. Will come back again if needed
