C M Auto Body Corporation

I had the most wonderful experience with the CM Auto Body Team in Valley Stream. I was rear-ended on the highway and was referred to them by Geico insurance covering my repairs. Everyone on the team was so friendly and helpful. They made the process very easy. I just had to drop off the car and someone from Enterprise came to pick me up to get a rental. I had damage to my bumper and the manager, Danny, explained the repair process to me. I dropped my car off on Monday and was able to pick it up the same week on Friday. The team was quick and efficient and the repairs look so good! I'm very pleased with the service and will be coming back for additional auto body repairs on my car unrelated to the accident I was in. I have included before and after pictures for reference. Thank you CM Auto

I recently had my car repaired here and couldn’t be more impressed with the service. There was a noticeable dent on my rear bumper, and although they weren’t obligated to fix it, they went ahead and took care of it anyway. The quality of their work was excellent, and the attention to detail really stood out. I truly appreciate their professionalism and willingness to go the extra mile. I would definitely return and highly recommend them to anyone needing car repairs.

Left my car for repair. I was repeatedly asked how much the insurance was going to give me. I asked how much they would charge. Sometimes Danny was not in. Other times he said he needed to speak to the owner When I finally went to pick up the car I was charged $500 for storage. I had to pay to get my keys. They never told me that they were not going to repair my car.

Havier is the most unprofessional and discourteous person I have ever spoke to in the auto industry. He gives incorrect information in an effort to take advantage of people in a vulnerable place. My car was in the shop after being in an auto accident on Friday, called this place Friday afternoon at 4PM after placing a claim with Geico and I was told by Havier the shop closes at 5PM even though it says 6PM. I wanted to pick up the car on Friday. I finally got a hold of him after several calls, about 5-6 times it took calling both numbers on the business card. He told me to come Saturday between 8AM-2PM. Called him 10:30AM Saturday morning, did not pick up my call until the 4th attempt and said he was closed even though less than 24 hours ago he said he would be open. It was a holiday weeken

Excellent service! Really straight forward communication and extremely helpful with my car problems. Will always recommend !
