C P S Auto Emission

LADIES BEWARE!!!! Failed me for a “catalytic converter problem”… on a 2020 vehicle… with no check engine light. Then tried to refer me to their mechanic. Went to my own mechanic: zero issues. Drove 60 miles like he said: zero issues. Got retested somewhere else: passed instantly. If you’re a woman and don’t want to be pressured into unnecessary repairs, go somewhere else.

Poor communication, no customer service. The entire time I was there he was on his cell phone. It was not quick at all, I felt like an inconvenience. I won't be back.

Turned me away at 6pm even though they close at 630

I've gotten my emissions done here for YEARS and have been pleased in the past. Today my experience was unsatisfactory. The young man attending today was on a personal phone call when I arrived. He didn't bother to pause his call for ONE SECOND to even verbally acknowledge me. He motioned for my key while continuing his conversation. I waited patiently as he continued to talk on his cell while entering my vehicle information in his system at the same time. Everything was ok until he attempted to start my car in gear. It's a 6 speed manual transmission that I always park in 1st. I've been driving a stick shift for over 40 years and this car for 15 since I bought it new.
