My car died on the freeway about 1 mile from these guys. I was waiting for a tow and tried calling around and they were the only one to answer. I was able to get my car running and there thankfully and they stopped what they were doing and started helping me right away. They gave me a great quote on the repair. $300 for radiator installed and 2-3 hour wait time. That was less than my tow home was going to cost. Also very friendly they didn’t have a seating area but they made a tarp and brought me out a chair. Great, quick, and friendly service. Awesome price! Thanks cr!

Very trustworthy and hardworking employees. They replaced the transmission on my car once and charged me at a fair price. Easy to work with and very easy to talk too, especially the owner (Carlos). Because of good experiences and their knowledge over vehicles, my entire family now brings there cars here too. I highly recommend this place to anybody looking for a knowledgeable and trustworthy mechanic.

We are Honored to have this family business in Pomona. I've been a resident of Pomona for over 50 years . I met Carlos Sr. 15 years ago and he's become a friend and mentor. I'm African American and has always been treated like family with Carlos and his family. There's so many dishonest mechanics in the world but Carlos is a rate breed if mechanics, he has mastered cars and their engines. I've had many oil changes to 4 different cars over the past 15 years as well as major engine work on 2 cars all done at C/R Automotive. I bought a used f150 from Carlos the owner an I barely found out that they tampered with the catalyst when I whent to do smog. (((Heads up don't buy cars from these place ull regret it like me)))))
