From the initial call to the final drop-off, everyone we spoke with was professional, prompt, and extremely helpful. Got a tow 11/2/2025 Painless event... the lady on dispatch was pleasantly to deal with and dispatched quickly, about 30 minutes for response. Jerry provided an all pro hookup , nice newer equipment. No frills delivery, dropped it on spot exactly were I requested . Payment was quick and easy using a debit card .. receipt send to my phone. Reasonable priced. THANK YOU C&S TOWING SANFORD

C & S towed our car being used by our daughter while in college in Florida. Because the car is in our name and we are a state away, there was a protocol to get it back. The process was given in detail by the staff over the phone. We followed their instructions with a notarized letter arriving around noon and they were quick to approve the request to release the car to our daughter within a couple of hours. They were kind to her when she arrived and the car was in as good of shape as they described. C & S cared about doing things right. We appreciated that so much.

Horrible company. Amazed how they are still in business with such a large fleet. Family owned and super suspicious. I spoke to one of the owners today, believe the name is Scott.. I explained to him last night I was ONLY given the option to pay in cash, which is illegal. As of July 2024 towing companies MUST allow two payment methods. I explained I told Dan I would NOT be paying in cash and they are breaking the law , Natalie (relative who called me back at 10 PM) said I could Zelle, but had to send to some random person’s bank account, that they did not give me two options to pay THEM. I was at their mercy and reluctantly Zelled the money to Destiny, as I desperately needed my vehicle Who is she I sent money to? No clue. My receipts says I paid via VISA, which is absolutely FALSE. I requested towing service through AAA and they sent out C&S, Kevin was the driver. And he got to my location in 13 minutes from my service call, hooked up my vehicle very quickly and safely. He was very communicative and very social. I highly recommend this towing service. Thank you Kevin!
