C-Ville Imports

We heard about Cville Imports through word of mouth. Our 2014 Toyota Carolla needed a ton of work. We were shocked by the price. It was much lower than we expected. The car has been running like new. Now that I know of this place I won't go anywhere else.

I agree with other reviewers the technicians are nice and their free loaner service is a God-send for anyone that can't be without a vehicle while their car is worked on, BUT DO NOT take your car here for anything other than simple routine maintenance. I REPEAT, DO NOT take your car here for anything complicated. I had(key word - "had") a 2019 Corolla that ran perfect at the beginning of summer. Check engine light came on throwing a lean fuel code, which I understand could have been caused by a number of things, but over the course of the last 8 weeks, they just threw parts at it instead of finding and fixing the actual issue, and the condition of the car rapidly deteriorated. B.R., Darren, Nat, Carey, Larry, Oliver, and Joel have always treated me like I was family for the past 15 to 20 years and I truly trust them with all my ❤️ that they will always do so in the future. Good independent repair shop. Honest and fair pricing. I bring Subaru, Mazda, and BMW vehicles here and have a never had any problems. I especially like their flexibility if I buy the parts and then they install them, charging me only labor. Also great for State inspections. Recently they've had a lot of issues with scheduling and completing work on time. Today I dropped off my car with an appointment made a week ago. They never even got around to me or called me to let me know.

I love CVille Imports! I've been taking my cars there for years. They do a great job with repairs of all sorts. They won't do work you didn't ask them to do, but they will let you know if they see something that needs attention. Their price is fair, and the work is done in a reasonable amount of time.
