C & W Auto Glass

I usually check feedbacks before do any shopping around so I contact C&W auto glass to do the job to me and they was as I was expecting they have Great customer service with professional job service. Davin was great and professional on his job he showed a knowledgeable and professional attitude and work wise. thank you for your service and hope you the best.

They were 5 days late showing up at the dealership to do the work. When it was finally done they had no record of the work order sent to them from the insurance company. The work was very bad and looks like it will fall out any minute. . When I ask to speak to a manager the girl hung up on me and then would not answer the phone. The dealer could not even get to talk to a manager. I would say they have some customer service issues. I’m surprised they are still in business.

Just had a bad experience with this company. I have an exotic and was referred to them for windshield replacement. They said they could do it and I arranged with my insurance to go through them. Then I get a call from their office saying that they won't get the windshield for me. They said they didn't want the liability. I thought this was extremely irregular, but they stuck to it. So I arranged for the windshield to be shipped to my house. Again a pain, but it's an exotic so I didn't know any better. Fast forward 2 weeks and I have the glass at my house and contact them to schedule install and they now say that I need to ship it to their shop in Godfrey, IL. Again this would be fine if they didn't tell me to ship it to my house in the first place. It's on a half pallet and I have no way t

I had a chip in my windshield. I called C & W Auto Glass and was given a VERY fair price. Not only did they come to my work to take care of it, but the gentleman informed me that the chip repair I had done from another company several years ago on a separate section was done incorrectly. The additional charge to fix the old one was incredibly fair. Both the old chip that he repaired and the new chip look about as perfect as they can now. If you have the unfortunate need for a chip repair, I recommend giving them a call. They'll treat you right, and they'll do a great job.
