I had damage to my hood in my 2019 Ford Explorer. I had used Freer before and they had impressed me then. I am 100% satisfied with their service and workmanship. Freer does it right starting at the beginning with scheduling the work and then timely status and reminders during the work. Car was completed on time and was washed and cleaned better than I do it. Work done was perfect. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. This should be a model for all businesses.

Absolutely incredible service. My car looks as good as new! Freer was the best place I could have asked to work with in an unfamiliar car accident situation. They worked with my insurance, kept me updated each step of the way, and returned my car better than ever. I am so glad to be able to recommend a family owned company like Freer.

I just received my car back from Freer and it looks fantastic. I cannot even tell that it was ever damaged. After picking it up I realized they detailed my car as well, gave me a handwritten thank you note, and a rose. This has been such a seamless experience and I will be referring everyone I know here.

Hit a coyote with my brand new Honda & damaged my front end. It was picked it up same afternoon & the work began immediately. No wait time, no hesitation, no queue. They made sure to update me at every step of the repair process, including texts and calls. When I picked my car up it was not only back to normal, but the inside was cleaner than when I dropped it off….even my floor mats were cleaned! Thank you Freer for your immaculate service.
