Dear Management Team, I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent experience at your dealership, which ultimately resulted in a lost sale. I was interested in purchasing a vehicle priced at $15,995 and was prepared to put $1,000 down. During the test drive, I was given a vehicle with absolutely no gas in it. I asked if fuel could be added before beginning the test drive, and your representative, Lizbeth, informed me that I would “get 30 more miles after the light comes on.” Because of this, I was unable to take the vehicle on the freeway or conduct a proper test drive. I returned to the dealership under the assumption that fuel would be added before completing the purchase. Instead, I was told the vehicle would be sold “as is” with no gas added.
