Cadillac Lakeland Service & Parts

Bought a new car there and have been to the service department one time to replace a spoiler that was coming off and they replaced it with a new one right away. I hope the service department will continue to do a good job. Good service is hard to find.

not a good experience. Went there a few weeks ago because vehicle had vibration. Wanted the front end checked. Was recommended to get new tires. I purchased the new tires from another business. My vehicle still had vibration. I brought it to Cannon for an alignment. Was very quick makes me doubt it was done. Vehicle still vibrating, They said I needed brakes, ( was never told that the time i brought in to them, I called back to speak with service rep, and can never get her. I might need brakes, but that doesn't cause the vibration while driving. I am feeling the run around now.

I just purchased a Cadillac Lyriq I got a great deal and absolutely love the car. I would definitely recommend doing business with Cadillac Lakeland!
