Mike and team are the best. They're always there for me when I have an issue. My car has been problematic and they get it running well again, at an honest price. Being that I have mechanics in my family I normally don't need to have my car serviced anywhere else . On this occasion i brought my vehicle to Caldwell tire and was very satisfied. They are caring and honest which is impressive in today's world. I will absolutely bring my vehicle back again while my dad/mechanic is recovering from surgery.

I’ve been driving for a long time and have been to numerous repair shops over my life time but never has a mechanic given me an estimate and then call me and tell me they were able to complete the work in less time and therefor costing me less in labor. Thank you Mike for your honesty!

Mike and his team are so amazing. I had a flat tire and he got a replacement delivered within 24 hours. I came by the shop and he changed it in 5 min while I stood there. Highly recommend.

The customer service here is so poor that it makes the whole experience frustrating and not worth your money. We are first time customers and dropped off the car with a list of fixes needed on Sunday night after hours per Mike’s direction. On Tuesday he reached out and we agreed on what needed to be fixed. I called and spoke to a girl who said I could pick up the car after hours. My husband and I live in Queens (I grew up in Caldwell) and he works 7-7, so after he got out of work we drove to Caldwell. Our car was open, but we couldn’t find the keys inside. We tried to turn the push start multiple times and the car wouldn’t start, so we knew the keys were not in the car. We also checked the late night mailbox and there were no keys there either. Very frustrating so we drove back to Queens
