Cali Auto

I bought a 2016 Porsche Boxster. It has low mileage, but it was not maintenance properly. I took it to Cali Auto for a post purchase examination. Scott ,the owner did an excellent job of looking over the car . His recommendations that followed was spot on. I picked up my car today. Scott showed me the parts he replaced. I am not sure how the car was working, the parts were a mess. I cannot say enough good things about Megan and Scott. They are both class acts,the shop is amazing and Scott's work is outstanding Winsome Culley..

We really appreciate Scott and Megan for the great work they do on our Cayenne! They take the time to advise what service/repairs/replacements are needed, the cost and then answer all of our questions. Because of this, we feel confident all our concerns with our Cayenne will be addressed. We just had a major service on this vehicle and a battery replacement. When we came to pick up the Cayenne, Scott had all the old parts he replaced available for us to see, and he advised of all the work he had done. When we first bought the Cayenne, we took it to the dealership for servicing, but it always felt as if they were recommending work that the car did not need. I took my 2017 Porsche to Cali Auto for minor repairs and a service and while the work was completed without issue, the price was much too high. Equal to what the dealership charges despite being an independent shop. I will take my business elsewhere. I also found both Megan and Scott to be rude. They have a waiting area and a dog with sharp claws who jumps on you, so they obviously don’t want anyone to use their waiting room.

Cali auto is very accommodating to my automotive needs. Scott is is a topnotch mechanic and Meghan provides Outstanding customer service and care. They are very clear with communications regarding what items needing to be addressed and costs.

He contacted Megan and told me he was impressed with Megan''s prompt response to his emails and text. Sure enough when I first brought my car to the shop, I was very pleased with the great customer service Megan and Scott gave. They made me feel comfortable and well respected. Scott is so passionate about caring for Porsche. He was very thorough when performing diagnostic check on my car.
