Once, to Firestone, where they diagnosed five different things wrong with the car- that their technicians and mechanics had not caused( if you believe that, I've got some land in Florida to sale you.) And that Firestone couldn't fix. My completely drivable car became undrivable during it's time at the Firestone. So, I had to send Discount Towing Service back to the terrible Firestone to pick up the Pilot and take it to a knowledgeable and skilled mechanic (unlike Firestone!). When we first got started towing he was very friendly, and professional. After a few tows then he became money hungry. I always paid, so he must was in a situation. I understand, however his attitude changed, he tried to keep my car! That was the last time I used him after 5 tows. Customer service is everything, don’t switch up.
