Highly recommend Caliber Auto Glass. Professional and very clean. Glett explained the whole process and did a fantastic job. I dealt with Tresha on the phone and she was fantastic. She stayed in communication with me during the whole process, from the moment I called, until scheduling my appointment days later after the windshield was ready. Her personal attention was great!!! It was very nice to have someone provide outstanding customer service. Don’t see this anymore. Such a pleasant experience. Thank you!!!! Another great experience is that Caliber Auto Glass only installs factory OEM glass not some cheap aftermarket glass. Don’t waste your time and money with any other glass company. GO THE BEST!!!! I got a windshield replaced 10 days ago, then a rock hit my windshield and made a small crack. Caliber came back out a fix the crack in minutes. The glass tech did a great job and was clean and professional. I would recommend Caliber to anyone who needs their windshield repaired or replaced.

Caliber Glass is a top notch company comparable to Safelite and quicker and cheaper, base on my experience. I have a fleet of vans and I tried them so now I’ll be using them more often. Great job and your crew are professional and polite. All the BEST.

Ehhhhh. More like 2.5 stars. The employees are nice and polite and technically they got the basic job done (replaced my windshield). However, it took a lot of coordinating on my part. The minute I got referred to them by my insurance, I told them to let me know as soon as my windshield arrives and they assured me they would. They did not and I had to reach out and ask and I know that seems simple but with work it’s hard to find the time. They also were not organized and did not communicate with each other. There were multiple points of contact who all were telling me different things. Lastly, the brand new windshield is very dirty. I would expect them to at least clean it after installation. So again, they got the job done and they were very nice but the experience just wasn’t up to a stan

The whole experience was a good one from the communication to the install of the windshield it self. They handle the situation pretty well, and got here on time, took less than 45 min to install, and everything went as anyone would expect. I like the fact that they came to me in the comfort of my house. Took the hassle of searching where to go, and how to handle this situation. They were nice, and very welcoming, very knowledgeable.
