Caliber Auto Repair

Had to bring my car to Caliber w/o a appt the night before my housing complex resurfaced streets/pkg stalls. They were great to explain that I had to be worked in w/appts. Also explained repairs (in text & by phone). They have an easy after-hrs pick up courtesy. I appreciate the way I was treated. Other family members bring their car here. Outstanding service & workmanship. My daughter mentioned that their prices were very fair. At my age, peace of mind is priceless~

We love Caliber, and have gotten great service from them for many years...this past week, we took our Suburu in for its regular maintenance, but we showed up a day early! They were very busy, but they said if we wanted to leave it, they would try to get to it that day, and if they couldn't, for sure on our actual appointment time the next day. We were so surprised and delighted when they called us to say they were able to do the work that same day and that we could pick it up by closing time! These guys are just the best, including Sabrina and Grace in the office. Jacob always follows up a day or two later to be sure we are happy with the work they did and dont have questions. Definitely a shop to keep in mind for your family's automotive needs! Thank you, Caliber!

We were in need of an oil change, last minute! Caliber Auto Repair came thru! Sabrina was very friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience amazingly easy! This is a late review but needed to be said. My experience with this company, with the staff, and with the work results was truly exceptional. I loath going to the dealerships for maintaince, and only found Caliber when searching for a shop that works on breaks. My jeep began to make multiple unnatural sounds so I went to caliber to do a diagnostic test on my jeep. They found multiple issues, shared images of the issues, and did not apply any pressure to fix everything on my car. I had most of the work done on my jeep with full intentions of getting the rest done, when I have the opportunity.
