I had the best car rental experience with this car rental place. Working with Chris was amazing and his services was top tier. The auto body shop had issues with parts coming in and Chris allowed me to keep the car longer. I will definitely be using this car rental place in the future.

I had a graduation to attend up in beautiful Redlands, CA, this week! My 20-year Hyundai Sonata (206,000 miles) wouldn't start! I heard about this hidden gem right here in El Cajon (located at the west side of Golden Corral Buffet on downtown Main St.)! There's a bus stop a block away! I contacted them, arranged to rent a car ($35 plus an immediately-refundable deposit upon car return), and picked up a brilliant red, Mini Cooper at 8:30 am! There is no sign, but their entrance is in the back lot! These nice folk gave me the easiest rental experience of my 75 years! I plan to be a regular customer! Kudos! ✔️💯😁

Great place to get a rental car on short notice, great quality vehicles that are reliable and comfortable. Awesome customer service from Mandi and Chris. Unbeatable prices. I rented a vehicle from them for a quick back and forth trip, I just asked for the most compact and modest priced vehicle since I just needed it for a short amount of time, I asked for a GPS and they were able to get me a very nice luxury vehicle and kept the original pricing as I would have paid for a standard compact vehicle. No complaints from me, I would definitely recommend them and their services and I will definitely be using their services in the future whenever I need to rent a vehicle. Thanks Chris&Mandi!!

This experience was the best interaction with a car rental company I have had in many years. The staff is extremely professional and has the utmost integrity when it comes to the customers. The quality of the vehicles are far better than the larger rental companies and the prices are much more reasonable. They have earned a customer for life.
