From the start I felt welcomed. Not like a “job”. I dropped my vehicle off and everyone was courteous and professional. I received texts daily on the status of the repair. At no time when I called did I get blown off. All the staff I had any contact with was friendly and helpful. Frank was our guy. This was the second time I have had a vehicle repaired here and IF I need help again, this is the place I will bring it to. Great job guys. Keep up the great work.

Caliber did a great job on the repair on our vehicle, just wish it wouldn't have taken an extra week but things come up. Rosemary was excellent with keeping us up to date on where things were with the repairs. Thanks for getting our vehicle back to us!

I would absolutely recommend this shop for any repair work. Katie, the office manager, made me comfortable from the first moment and remembered me every time I came in. Cody explained everything in detail and provided updates every step of the way. My car was completed to perfection a week sooner than anticipated. If I should need any body work in the future, I definitely wouldn't go anywhere else. Excellent experience!

Unfortunately, my newer vehicle was involved in a minor accident, and Caliber Collision is partners with the other party’s insurance company, so I agreed to go for an estimate. They were so helpful and easy to deal with that I went forward with having my vehicle repaired there as well. Alexis was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure my vehicle came back to me in perfect condition. She even called to discuss the variety of wheel options; she didn’t have to do this. My vehicle was completed four days before the estimated completion date. It was super clean and the repairs look great.
